Custom Orthotics
Custom orthotics are shoe inserts made from an assessment of your foot structure, walking pattern and pressure points. Dr. Mike Skiby provides custom orthotics and bracing, designed to fit most everyday footwear.
Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial stretch therapy is assisted stretching that may help with mobility and recovery as one part of a rehab plan. It's offered by Manny Sidhu, our Recovery Specialist.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture uses fine needles and may help ease muscle and joint pain as one part of an individualized plan. Results vary from person to person.
