Are we covered by OHIP and WSIB?
Please note that we do not accept OHIP and WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) claims at this time. However, some hospital-based clinics may offer OHIP and WSIB-funded care.
Do you accept private insurance or extended health benefits?
Yes. Most extended health insurance plans cover physiotherapy, chiropractic care, and related treatments. Coverage amounts vary by provider and plan.
Can you bill my insurance company directly?
Many insurance companies allow direct billing. Our clinic offers this service whenever possible to make your visits easier and more convenient.
Do I need a doctor’s referral for insurance reimbursement?
Some insurance plans require a physician’s referral to approve reimbursement. It’s best to check with your provider before your first visit to confirm their requirements.
Are motor vehicle accident (MVA) covered?
Yes. If you’ve been in a car accident, we can bill your auto insurance provider directly once the proper documentation is in place.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept major credit cards, debit, and e-transfer. For patients without insurance coverage, we provide clear, upfront pricing and can discuss flexible care plans.
