In a supportive environment. We will be able provide attention to each student. We are all different and each body is unique. Modifications and props are offered to allow each student to find integrity, alignment and enjoyment in their yoga practice. Yoga is a non-competitive, internally focused practice. Yoga is about releasing – it’s about making yourself comfortable in an uncomfortable position. Yogic thinking can be applied to all aspects of life. It’s about living consciously, with integrity, and constantly checking in with yourself and what you need.
