Hatha and Flow Yoga - Mississauga

What is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha yoga is a specific style of the many different yoga techniques. This is essentially a slow-paced stretching focused class with additional breathing exercises as well as meditation. Hatha yoga helps individuals improve on their alignment, master relaxation techniques and strengthen their body while increasing flexibility.
